We're seeking future team members for our Engineering business with roles located in Chennai and Pune in HYBRID positions.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Looking for an experienced database developer whose primary skillset is Oracle SQL, PL-SQL and secondary skillset in pentaho ETL tool and good at

Writing ddl,dml statements

Creating program views, indexes,functions ,stored procedures,packages,triggers,analytical functions and complex queries.

Writing optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications

Designing database tables and dictionaries

Developing scripts, procedures and triggers for application development

Maintaining data quality checks and performance tuning

Perform data loading ,cleansing,transformation using ETL tools like penthao.

Experience in batch set up, unix ,scheduling tools

Has knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Team work,communication and organization skills and possess analytical thinking skills.

Fair understanding of agile methodology, jira,confluence,git pipelines

Responsibilities -

Perform as a lead database developer who is able to understand the business requirements ,analyze and perform as a main contributor to development and lead a small team in accomplishing common goal.

Will be responsible for requirements gathering and BRD/SRD preparation. Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code.

Analyze, design and develop tests and test-automation suites.

Actively participate in code reviews , agile ceremonies.

Self-starter and Active learning engagement.

Leverage existing products/functionality and promote reuse. Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. Collaborate closely with all the other members of the team to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
