Health Insurance experience and Knowledge is a must.
Possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills as well as planning and organizational skills
Strong agile delivery experience
Strong foundation on insurance product manufacturing and experience in delivery of policy servicing functions.
Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders

Identifying business problems and finding solutions for them.
Evaluating existing architecture systems.
Developing software architecture for Javabased apps.
Troubleshooting technical issues and design flaws.
Providing technical guidance to the team.
Supporting development systems.
Ensuring compliance with established architecture design patterns policies standards and best practices.
Selecting the appropriate design solutions and ensuring compatibility of system components.
Identifying system data hardware and software components required to meet the project needs.
Keeping Java knowledge and skills uptodate.
Working closely with other departments to address the needs and goals of the company.
Performing validation tests to ensure the architecture is flexible and capable of supporting web apps
Identifying necessary infrastructure for computer systems to be designed and integrated.
Recommending changes to project design ideas to improve efficiency.
