Position Title: Engineer/Sr. Engineer - TPM & System Coordinator
Experience: 3+ Yrs,
Education: Diploma (Mech) / BE / B TECH(Mech).
Location: Pune(MH), Sanand (Gujarat).
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Required working experience as a TPM coordinator
2. Data collection from Dept.
3. IATF documentation, EMS, OSHAS documents knowledge
4. 5 s Management.
5. Strong listening and communication skills; verbal and written skills
6. Strong ability to accurately analyze and interpret data and apply action plans
7. Proven ability to make sound, data-driven decisions
8. Strong organizational and prioritization skills
9. Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
10. Proven ability to develop and coach team members
11. Demonstrated ability to develop and promote technical expertise
12. Proven ability to solicit feedback/input and analyze success/failure
13. Proven ability to identify, understand and mitigate risk before making critical decisions
14. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
