Job description
Exposure required in below:
- Stainless steel fabrication in GTAW is a must MIG/C02 welding would an addon.
- Exposure to Stainless steel and exotic materials (Monel Inconel C276 C2000......)preferred.
- Knowledge of weld overlay is a must
- Knowledge of rectifiers and its maintenance used in welding is a must.
- Piping and structural welding knowledge
- Welding qualifications as per ASME Sec IX (BPVC code) or equivalent
- Knowledge of weld consumables is preferred
- Knowledge of destructive and nondestructive tests applicable to weld joints is preferred
- Hydrostatic testing
- Optimization of welding process.
- Should be able to estimate projects and fabricated parts cost.
- Should have handled manpower schedules and execute independently.
Education: BE / DME in Mechanical engineering
Additionally or / welding PG Diploma from reputed Welding institutes.
WORKING TYPE : WORK FROM OFFICE
WORKING HOURS : 8.30 AM TO 5.30 PM
ALL SATURDAY 1/2 DAY
