The company is based in Hyderabad and consists of a group of experienced HRs, Career Coaches, Well-being Coaches, and Mental Health Counsellors.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of HR. The Head of HR will be responsible for daily HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role is located in Hyderabad, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management Skills
- Experience with Labor and Employment Law
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies
- Excellent knowledge of Employee Relations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on leadership and management roles
- Experience in employee engagement and performance management is a plus
