OVERVIEW:

 

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced data collectors to play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of a national health campaign. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting data collection activities, including Focus Group Discussions (FGD), Key Informant Interviews (KII), and utilizing phone-based data collection methods. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record in qualitative and quantitative data collection.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1- Focus Group Discussions (FGD):

· Facilitate FGD sessions to gather insights from diverse groups within the target population.

· Ensure that discussions are conducted in a structured and unbiased manner as per provided guides.

· Record and analyze qualitative data from FGDs to extract meaningful patterns and themes.

2- Key Informant Interviews (KII):

· Engage with identified key stakeholders, experts, and community leaders for KII.

· Conduct in-depth interviews to gather expert opinions and insights related to the health campaign.

· Document and analyze information obtained from KII to contribute to a comprehensive evaluation.

 

3- Phone-based Data Collection:

· Conduct phone-based surveys to collect data from specified target audience groups.

· Implement data collection protocols to maintain data integrity and quality.

 

 

 

4- Data Management:

· Organize and manage collected data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive health-related information.

· Collaborate with the data analysis team to ensure seamless integration of qualitative and quantitative findings.

 

5- Communication:

· Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and insights gained during the data collection process.

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with campaign goals and objectives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

· Proven experience in conducting FGD, KII, and phone surveying in development related fields.

· Familiarity with phone-based data collection tools and techniques.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
