Job description
Key responsibilities :- Develop and share project plans with all cross functional team members to enable a highly effective team working to a common goal- Develop project financial plans and manage the project expenditure in close collaboration with finance teams- Coordinate technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and delivery of project activities to achieve project success- Lead, support, and influence a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally- Proactively identify project risks, implement controls and appropriately, escalate visibility where risks may result in significant impact on the project- Resolve blockers for the team as they arise to support our high performing teams- Responsible for ensuring that the product is developed in accordance with Annalise quality management systems and project regulatory requirementsMinimum Qualifications & Experience:- Experience working in medical device product development- Demonstrated experience in product development, project management, and team leadership- High Level communication and negotiations skills with a strong ability to build successful relationships across a broad range of stakeholders- Technical fluency, with the ability to understand and clearly articulate to both technical and non-technical team members- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in projects with high levels of ambiguity and complexityPreferred Qualifications & Experience:- 2 Years' experience in an agile environment building software solutions- Understanding of cloud technologies and costing of cloud solution (ref:hirist.tech)
