Job description

job role:
As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our academy's training programs and services to prospective students and clients.
#Responsibilities:
Generate leads and prospect for potential students interested in aviation training programs.
· Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and presentations to educate prospects about our academy's offerings.
· Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
· Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
· Attend industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to represent Blue Skies Aviation Academy and build relationships with key stakeholders.
· Achieve sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth and contribute to the academy's success.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field.
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or aviation industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of aviation training programs and industry trends is a plus.
· Flexibility to travel occasionally for events and meetings.
Salary: Monthly salary will be Up to 25000 (It may vary according to the candidates qualification and Experience)
