We at SA Technologies are currently hiring for a Sales Manager-EOR/Payroll Routing to join our team in Bangalore

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager specializing in Payroll Outsourcing and Employee of Records, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique business needs, and offering tailored payroll and EOR solutions.

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients who could benefit from our payroll outsourcing and Employee of Records services.
    • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients payroll and HR outsourcing requirements.
    • Present our suite of services, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages.
    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Customized Solution Proposals:
    • Collaborate with our internal teams to create customized proposals and solutions that address clients specific challenges and goals.
    • Clearly articulate the benefits of our services in terms of cost savings, compliance, and efficiency improvements.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes related to payroll outsourcing and EOR.
    • Provide feedback to the leadership team on market dynamics and opportunities for service enhancements.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.
    • Work closely with the legal team to finalize agreements in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the HR outsourcing, payroll, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
