Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Communication Technology Trainer cum counsellor located in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. The IT/ITES Trainer will be responsible for delivering training that covers computer software and programming concepts with advanced excel and sheets. They will also be responsible for providing technical support and conducting counselling sessions at organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Information Technology and Communication
• Experience in Training and Technical support
• Proficient in Programming languages
• Experience in maintaining software and hardware systems
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
• Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
• Experience working in a non-profit organization is a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
