Job description

**Job Title:** Instagram Content Creator

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Content Creation:** Develop visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram, including images, videos, stories, reels, and carousel posts.

2. **Caption Writing:** Craft compelling and relevant captions that enhance the content and encourage user engagement.

3. *Product shoots and UGC content:*

Coordinate with content creators, influencers, videographers, and editors to create content of high quality in lines with the brand.

5. **Hashtag Strategy:** Research and use appropriate hashtags to increase content discoverability and reach a broader audience.

7. **Stories and Reels:** Create engaging Instagram Stories and Reels to provide behind-the-scenes glimpses, showcase products, and entertain the audience.

8. **Analytics and Reporting:** Use Instagram Insights and other analytics tools to track content performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

9. **Trend Awareness:** Stay updated on Instagram trends, features, and algorithm changes to adapt content strategies accordingly.

10. **User-Generated Content:** Encourage and curate user-generated content that aligns with the brand's image and values.

11. **Collaborations:** Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand the brand's reach.

**Qualifications:**

1. **Creativity:** Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visually appealing and unique content ideas.

2. **Reels and content creation:** Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design tools to create high-quality content and reels.

3. **Social Media Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of Instagram's features, trends, and best practices.

4. **Writing Skills:** Excellent writing and communication skills to craft engaging captions and stories.

5. **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.

6. **Brand Awareness:** Understanding of the brand's values, goals, and target audience.

7. **Organization:** Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, schedules, and collaborations effectively.

8. **Adaptability:** Willingness to adapt to changing social media trends and algorithms.

9. **Experience:** Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field is a plus.

10. **Tools:** Proficiency in social media management tools and editing software.
