Job Overview: Foxit is seeking a dynamic and proactive Finance Manager to join our team in Noida, India. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is adept at NetSuite and eager to take the lead in finance and administration. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in steering our financial operations and strategies, ensuring the highest levels of financial discipline and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Financial Leadership: Take charge of the company's financial health, developing strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
- NetSuite Expertise: Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Compliance and Control: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls, maintaining impeccable records and reports.
- Team Management: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and implement best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management, highlighting trends, forecasts, and variances.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in finance management, particularly in a SaaS or technology company.
- Expert knowledge of NetSuite and other financial software.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of taking initiative and driving results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
