Job description
Experience : 5 to 10 Years Relevant Skills : Cloud Architecture, AWS/Azure/GCP, API Design, Embedded/Firmware, MicroservicesResponsibilities :- Architecting future-proof, scalable Cloud platform to support new and existing functionality. - Mentoring the Cloud team to ensure quality implementation and adherence to the technical roadmap. - Collaborating with the firmware development team to deliver seamless integration. - Triaging issues and maintaining the technical roadmap. - Working with the wider team to implement new functionality and resolve issues. - Advising on concept designs and converting them into technical requirements. - Interfacing between product management/marketing and the development team. - Being part of the rota of (paid) on-call team members to respond to incidents of hours. - Mentoring junior team members.Critical Success Factors :- Full stack development and architecting experience in distributed Cloud systems. - Skills in Node JS, Python, Java, SQL, Object Databases, Linux administration, HTML/CSS, Network comms ( POST/GET, MQTT), and version control. - Knowledge of scalable API design and third-party integration techniques. - Experience in embedded device management and associated low-level concepts.- Understanding of database design and data abstraction methods. - Experience in the full software development lifecycle through requirements, specification, design, development, debugging and testing.- Experience in Agile Methodology.Advantage If You Have :- Prior experience of microservices. - Knowledge of alarm system management and alarm transmission protocols. - Experience in video processing. - Experience in data analysis solutions.Academic Qualification :- Bachelor of Engineering (BE/BTech) in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Science.
