Position Overview
Job Title- AVP JIRA and Confluence Engineering Developer Tooling Location- Pune, India Role Description The End User Computing (EUC) team in CTO is responsible for all desktop, end user automation, engineering, and collaboration tools within the bank. The goal of Developer Tooling is to provide enterprise development tools as services for teams across Deutsche Bank, enabling them to reach higher levels of maturity in their process. These services consist of all necessary to support teams from initial Program/Project investment governance decisions and subsequently management through development, testing, deployment as well as compliance with the Bank's software processes. Tools such as Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, TeamCity, Artifactory, MF ALM.

Your Key Responsibilities The role comprises expertise in good understanding of the SDLC products both in terms of operational knowledge as well as requirements for cloud migration. Working with the product owner, level 2/3 teams, vendor contacts and the engineering team and get the wider understanding on the prepartion /pre-requsities for Cloud Migration. Typical tasks may include anaysis of the product, plugings used in on-prem and its relevance in Cloud migration,application upgrades, application & data migrations. Also understanding and adherence with bank policy and standards related to security and production release controls and working with the rest of the SDLC team to ensure the full compliance.
Your Skills And Experience - Should have wider and deeper understanding on SDLC tools , features, plugins used and its working
- Experience/Awareness on Cloud Migration Projects/Applications. Good to have experience on Atlassian products
- Should have worked with different communities of users / stakeholders who use such platforms across Business, CIO teams
- Should be a power user and a champion of Agile methods/practices and consistent user of tools (Jira, Confluence or similar tools)
- Should have awareness of standards related to security, built work relationship with tool vendors
- Hands on experience on Platform maintenance and support
- Strong knowledge of Windows, UNIX/Linux operatingsystems and networking/infrastructure
- Knowledge of Jira and confluence features and the understanding of plugins and its working
- Understanding on Encryption mechanism, SDLC ORR process and control closures
- Very Good understanding and work experience on Xmls, Oracle Database , Database Queries, REST API's
- Good to have experience/knowledge on Servicenow, Java and application monitoring, Webhooks, Programming scripting.
- General understanding of SDLC
- Power Users of Jira/Confluence Tools
- Experienced in ÍT industry
- General Skills
- Graduate Degree from an university (or equivalent diploma / work experience) with minimum 8+ years experience
- Strong experience and commitment to deliver in Agile process highlighting change while accelerating delivery.
- Hands on experience in platform engineering /L3 Support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with team culture
- Power user of Jira
