Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for Retail Store Manager at Kalanya Fashions Pvt. Ltd. located in Indore. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including but not limited to customer satisfaction, customer service, store management, and retail loss prevention.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in store management or related field
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
- Ability to manage sales floor, handle customer complaints and inquiries, and maintain an exceptional in-store experience
- Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Strong leadership and team management qualities
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is preferred
