A Large Affordable Housing Loan Corporate having PAN India Presence (25+ Branches) is hiring for Senior Sales Manager for Mumbai , Thane and Navi Mumbai
The Candidate will be responsible for leading direct sales efforts of loan against property products through real estate brokers and other indirect channels. With a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, this role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, providing credit query resolution, and building strong relationships with key clients and brokers.
The Senior Manager - Channel Sales will work independently to drive business growth and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Identify potential clients through real estate brokers and other indirect channels.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers to generate
consistent leads.
Attend networking events and industry functions to expand the customer base.
- Sales Process Management:
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to loan closure.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend suitable loan products to
clients.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about loan
options.
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding credit-related queries and
concerns.
Collaborate with the credit team to address and resolve customer queries promptly.
Ensure a smooth and efficient credit evaluation process for loan applications.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a regular basis.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan application
process.
Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market
conditions.
Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales
strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
