What are we looking for -
- 3-4+ years of experience as an individual contributor and 2-3 years of experience in team management.
- Strategic and creation experience across market segments with core expertise in B2B projects and hands-on expertise around a wide range of branding and marketing collateral.
- Adept understanding of marketing, sales, and branding strategies for ensuring the copy team churns value and goal-oriented output.
- A person who eats, sleeps, and breathes content. Has great understanding around brand tones, archetype oriented writing styles, etc. In short, someone who knows how to use content as a tool to solve various brand-related problems.
- A culture ambassador who understands and reciprocates Blacksof's ethos and is able to impart the same across the organization.
- Most Important: Good critical thinking, cognitive, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must.
Responsibilities -
- Leading a team of 4-6 copywriters to churn the highest level of quality output through strategic direction, QA, nimble problem-solving, while fostering a culture of positive debate, idea-sharing, and collective growth.
- Ensuring the spirit of innovation and creativity never takes the back seat in a fast-paced and high-impact culture.
- A good eye for designs and an understanding of how it works.
- Working closely with the project management team for planning, work optimization, and ensuring projects move as per the invoicing milestones.
- Building good rapport with the client, ensuring project KRAs are met with a key focus on building customer delight.
- Introducing and implementing global best practices, SOPs, and training modules for the copy team.
- A management mastermind who can help Blacksof unlock productivity by introducing innovative practices to calculate and enhance the team's capabilities.
- Forecasting project workflows and hiring the best creative talent for Blacksof in collaboration with the HR team.
