Our primary mission is to provide outsourced back-office services to clients in Canada, USA, Australia, and India, focusing on Finance, Accounting, and Taxation services. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, focusing on CPBs, CPAs, bookkeepers, accountants, etc.
- Present and explain our company's bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services to prospects.
- Gather and document accurate information from each call in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team for a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Provide information about our offshore services for outsourcing work to Canada and US clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
- Goal-oriented with a self-motivated work ethic.
Additional Considerations:
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing work environment.
- Proficiency in using standard office software.
- Comfortable working with dual screens on a computer system.
