AP Specialist (Temp) In this position you will be responsible of AP tasks for several international entities of Masimo. You will also be requested to assist the Sr team members in various tasks. This position is on contract for a period of one (1) year.
Responsibilities - Perform AP entries that is Code, verify and record vendor invoices for expenses & T&E.
- Preparing payments to the vendors, T&E reimbursements and others
- Check on a monthly basis input VAT/GST calculation to support Sr team members for monthly/quarterly VAT/GST return.
- Prepare & post journal entries (monthly accruals, prepayments, bank)
- Perform bank reconciliations for the international entities
- Assist Sr team members during various month-end activities and analysis.
- Active participation to the month-end close process.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of a set of balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain an efficient filing system.
- Give support to the team and management with ad hoc request.
Education, Experience And Skill Requirements - 3-5 years' experience in AP function.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Experience working in a US company or multinational environment is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, and excellent communication skills
- Pro-active, hands on mentality, motivated, team player.
- At ease with the usual software tools (MS Office, accounting packages …)
