Job Description:

As a General Accountant at bnbme holiday homes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for reconciling ledgers with bank statement on a daily basis. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be key assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts payable (AP) with bank statements on a daily basis.
• Reconcile accounts receivable (AR) with bank statements on a daily basis.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial reports and statements as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Assist with audits as required.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting principles and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates from Dehradun preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

• Gross salary: INR 3.6 Lacs Fixed with a 1.44 Lacs in Performance Incentives paid quarterly and annually.
