Admission Counselor

Responsibilities :

Communication :

- Communicate clearly and persuasively to parents about the benefits of the company's preschool program.

- Tailor communication to address the specific needs and concerns of each parent.

- Maintain open and transparent communication with the team and other departments.

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Acumen :

- Use your knowledge of the company and its preschool program to effectively convince parents to enroll their children.

- Have a strong understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed enrollment targets.

Organization :

- Efficiently manage and organize your work, appointments, and follow-ups.

Liaison :

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and preschools to improve overall efficiency.
