Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Liaison Officer-Real Estate. The Liaison Officer-Real Estate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with liaising with real estate vendors, managing documentation and licenses, coordinating with local government authorities, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with real estate vendors and navigate government bureaucracies
- Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze contracts and regulatory requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Customer service skills, including the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve complaints
- Training skills, including the ability to provide training on legal and regulatory requirements to company staff
- Experience in real estate, legal, or regulatory compliance is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
