Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Service Advisor role located in Mumbai. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and focused service assistance to all customers. The role will involve daily interactions with customers and some administrative tasks regarding servicing challenges and repair coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused service approach
- Background in Customer Service or Aftersales in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience using systems to track and coordinate repairs and servicing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the automotive or related industry
