Job description
· Data Collection and Analysis - The data analyst will need to gather, collect and analyze large amounts of structured and unstructured data from various sources using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python.
· Reporting - The analyst will be responsible for creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders in a variety of different areas, including revenue, operational, and customer success.
· Business Intelligence - The data analyst should be able to use data to identify opportunities to optimize operations and improve financial performance, as well as identify trends and patterns to better understand guest behavior.
· Collaboration - Collaboration with colleagues across departments is essential for identifying opportunities and ensuring that data-driven decisions are made.
· Identification of Trends and Insights - An important component of your work will be the ability to identify key trends and insights, which will help the company make critical and informed strategic decisions.
· Effective Communication - The ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly and effectively will be key to engaging stakeholders and influencing their decision-making.
Proficient in Data Analytics, Data stitching
Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, Tableau
Well versed with Excel and PowerPoint
Must be a post graduate in Management with Engineering/Mathematics or Statistics bachelor degree
2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
