Job: Financial Controller Reporting to the Chairman of the Company. The Finance Controller will be a member of the senior management team Key Deliverables : Finetune Accounting Systems and Compliance practices To gather financial intelligence and provide strategy inputs to Management To derive actionable intelligence from internal external data to drive cost-related initiatives To lead, coach, and mentor the team of Professional Accounting and Compliance managers and Executives to deliver seamless and efficient processes. Develop a strong inspired team Monitor and improve accounting and compliance-related IT systems. Functional Services such as; Finalisation of Books of Account, P&L, Managing Internal and Statutory Audits, Budgeting, Costing, Driving Financial Controls, Fund Management, etc. Candidate profile: Should have the minimum professional qualification of ACA. Additional qualifications in ACS preferred not mandatory. Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards is Required and implemented. Should have 10+ years of professional experience in Financial Accounting and Management Knowledge of working for a Healthcare or a B2C is mandatory Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team Excellent Listening and Communication skills Good report writing skills.
