Hiring for Debt Collection Process

Location - Mumbai Dadar, Wadala, Dahisar

Qualification - DRA Certified (Debt Recovery Agent)

We are looking for a reliable Debt collector  to contact debtors and claim outstanding debts towards their creditors. You will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible. A debt collector will have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose and persistent. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.

Responsibility :

• Display a courteous and polite attitude at all times
• Perform calling activity on (inbound / outbound) past due accounts and negotiate payments
• To follow in accordance to the standard telephone scripts provided
• Managing resources and maintain an efficient process flowÂ
• Action individually but achieve the task as one team through effective working relationships with colleagues
• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
• To escalate to supervisor on early sign of financial difficulties / market concern based on customer feedback
• Identify and make suggestions to develop and continuously improve recovery processes and strategies to optimize recoveries
