HIRING LOCATION:
Bangalore SHIFT TIMINGS: 2.00 pm - 11.00 pm IST Must skill – Minimum B1 certified Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills 24/7 environment support model. Extensive familiarity with Windows operating systems Must be self-motivator and self-starter Graduation in any discipline Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Working experience in Technical Support • Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem • Refer difficult cases to a senior analyst or support tech • Assume remote control over customers’ computers when necessary to resolve problems • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions • Ensure all issues are properly logged and tracked till closure. • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting • Document technical knowledge and updates in the form of IT/Customer notes in ticketJob tags
