Position: Engineer -CAM Programmer"

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Joining Time: 15 – 30 days.

Skill/ Roles and Responsibility:

1. Should have 4 to 5 years of proven experience in CAM programming ( Esprit , Auto Cad 3D, Rhino3D, Fusion).
2. Sound knowledge of material grades, tooling selection, and machining processes.
3. Read and Interpret drawing GD&T and 3D Model.
4. Should have good knowledge of post processers and able to study real-time output, verification of tool paths using machine simulations.
5. Provide CAM Programs to Turn Mill machines as per 3D Model and Drawing and prove out components on machines.
6. Selection of toolings and processes for machining complex parts with minimum cycle time.
7. Handle and resolve technical issues related to part dimensions and implement processes to run machines effectively.
8. Training operators to use CAM programs on machines and prove out programs on machines.
9. Maintaining and Implementation of the quality systems as per documented procedures.
10. Others on an assignment basis.
