Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management with a focus on delivering highquality services to internal and external stakeholders. The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals ensuring that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Manage a team of IT professionals providing leadership and guidance.
3. Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
4. Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.
5. Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
8. Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2. Proven experience in IT service management.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in ITIL and other service management frameworks.
7. Knowledge of IT products and services.
8. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
