Job Summary:
We are in search of a motivated and adaptable individual to become an essential member of our team as a Digital Analyst / E-commerce Associate. In this role, you will play a vital role in our e-commerce operations, gaining valuable exposure to various aspects of our business. You will begin as a general associate, actively contributing to tasks spanning different departments. As you showcase your skills and passions, the potential will arise for you to seamlessly transition into specialized roles within our company. This position is located in Amman, Jordan.

Requirements Responsibilities:
- Stay knowledgeable about Amazon Marketplace and e-commerce platforms
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with different departments to support data analysis, product listings, customer engagement, and more.
- Contribute to the creation and optimization of product listings, ensuring accurate information and appealing content.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent service and addressing their needs.
- Participate in market research initiatives, providing insights that drive business decisions.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, from content creation to online advertising, under the guidance of our marketing team.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize e-commerce strategies and enhance user experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Analyze inventory data to make decisions on purchasing
- Assist in analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to improve business strategies.
- Contribute to regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Data Science, or a related field.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze intricate digital data, interpret trends, and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Proven capability to manage projects concurrently, exhibit ownership of project outcomes, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make tough decisions and drive solutions
- Show strong communication skills in written and verbal English across various channels.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with a drive to contribute positively to the companys growth.
- While an entry-level position, prior experience in roles related to data analysis, e-commerce, customer service, digital marketing, project management, or inventory management is advantageous.
