Job description
This role is responsible for supporting the inside sales team by managing partner projects, organizing partner activities, and nurturing partner relationships to achieve business goals within deadlines.
It involves understanding workflows, improving efficiency, and using data to inform decisions.
To be successful in this role, we seek an enthusiastic team player with strong communication, project management, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
Additionally, the candidate should excel in collaborating with key stakeholders and delivering effective reports to partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & identify potential leads or customers through various channels like databases, social media and market research
Initiate contact via phone calls, emails, other media to introduce Pearson VUE s products and services.
Qualifying prospects by evaluating their needs, budgets and interest in Pearson VUE offerings to determine fitment
Nurture leads and build relationships with prospects over time, provide resources and information to them to keep them engaged
Data management of records, interactions, in a clean manner to keep the information up to date and impactful.
Work closely with field sales to help support business goals in assigned markets and play a key role in achieving business objectives.
Meet / exceed their lead generation targets
Stay up to date in industry trends and information to share the market insights to help shape business strategy
Report regularly on key metrics to ensure high conversion rates and successful attainment of KPIs
Support the Field sales team to effectively be a part of the larger sales set up and contribute to team goals.
Be passionate about sales and willing to take on challenging tasks and projects as a part of this role towards business development.
Follow up and work on existing partner projects as required
