Job description
We are seeking an accomplished IT operations manager with deep technical expertise and solid global team-building experience. The incumbent will manage the day-to-day operations and drive the improvement of our critical corporate IT infrastructure.

What we're looking for
Have a Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
Have overall 10+ experience and 5+ years of experience managing a large global IT team in companies
Be proficient in project delivery and coordinating resolution of critical incident response and management
Having the ability to lead and inspire a global team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
Have hands-on experience on - IAM (Okta), OS (macOS, Windows, etc), Unified Communications, Service Management (ServiceNow, Jira, etc)
Have experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code such as JSON, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, SAML, SCIM, etc
Be an expert in troubleshooting complicated technical issues across multiple platforms.
