Job description

Conducting Recruitment Drives in prospective areas to onboard variable pay resources for the channel in designated geographies.
Responsible for highest level of Business Partner relationship management and be a single point contact for them.
Ensure governance and SOP adherence by allocated Business Partners
Drive localised recognition and sales drive for the allocated Business Partners
Manage attrition level of Business Partners
Negotiate and establish profitable network of recruitment channels
