Job Summary
Customer is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that enables enterprises across industries to reimagine business models, accelerate innovation, and maximize growth by harnessing digital technologies.
They are looking for Senior Developer/Lead/Architect who have 8+ years experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application.
Job Responsibilities
· Empower enterprise to identify and manage risk in order to make informed decisions for process and compliance improvements.
Essential Skills
· Total Experience of 8+ yrs in IT
· Worked on at least 1 GRC Implementation project involving Risk Mgmt implementation, Compliance, Control indicators configuration
· Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 and Risk/Compliance process
· Must be Ready to work in South America Timezone
· Solid, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform, Client/server scripting
· Knowledge of JavaScript as an individual contributor.
· Around 5 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow
· Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management
· Good Experience in ITSM and CMDB module implementation/development
· Good implementation experience in web-based Integration (SOAP, REST) and any other type of integration.
· Good communication and presentation skill
· Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows and solution migration to higher environment.
· Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
· Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Development Best Practices & ongoing knowledge ServiceNow features
