Job Role
- Make outbound calls to customers for various service and sales related campaigns related to Retail Liabilities
- Ensure quality communication and customer service within the laid-down productivity and service benchmarks
- Cross-sell various bank products to customers
- Achieve sales conversion and cross-selling targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries and issues
Job Description - Graduate degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience with 6 months in a customer service role, understanding of call center industry an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening skills and strong communication abilities
- Flair for Sales
- Flexible to work 9-hour shifts, including scattered 8 Week Offs in a month
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player possessing an upbeat, positive can-do attitude, working with integrity
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong technical expertise and previous job experience in customer service and sales
- Ability to establish quick rapport with peers, managers, and customers
- Fluent in the local language and ability to speak English
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Certifications related to customer service and sales are preferable
