Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a School Principal at New Horizon Gurukul. The School Principal will be responsible for day-to-day school operations, curriculum development, teacher supervision, student discipline, and establishing a positive school culture. The School Principal will also be responsible for communicating with parents and managing school finances.

Qualifications

• Educational Leadership and Middle School experience
• Expertise in Curriculum Development and Education
• Excellent Communication skills
• Master's degree in Education or equivalent
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of current educational trends and standards
• Experience in managing staff and budgets
• Experience in a multicultural setting is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in school administration
