Job description
KEY RESPONSIBITILES:
- Revenue generation for the event business through team members
- Meet and build relationships with key accounts (agencies and clients)
- Ensure profitability target is achieved for the events executed
- Market mapping and providing inputs for ideating & conceptualizing new properties (events) in the market
- Monitor competition (radio as well as other mediums) and develop strategies to maximize market share
- Provide inputs to MA head on feasibility and current/ Future planned events
- Team Management
- Cascade the Revenue targets across team members basis billers, Segment the targets across the year.
- Provide direction to the activations team by developing, implementing and monitoring progress of the yearly, Quarterly and monthly plan
- Support team members in their revenue target achievement through conceptualising & closing large value deals
- Continuous monitoring of team members progress on plan vs actual achievement
- Provide continues feedback to the team members on their performance and corrective actions if necessary.
- Training and mentoring team members. Ensure adherence to induction plans and provide support as needed.
- Ensure Compliance to the standard operating procedures
- Give feedback to HR on learning requirements of the team members

- Finance team to ensure compliance

- Work with MA Head and Station Head

- Ad Agencies

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED :
- Post Graduate with 9 – 12 years of experience in sales (Experience in events background a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office
