Job description

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Professional with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving online brand presence, customer engagement, and lead generation.

 

Responsibilities:

· Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.

· SEO and Content Marketing: Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and develop content marketing strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.

· Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

· Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.

· Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails, to nurture leads and retain customers.

· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improvement on the website and landing pages to optimize conversion rates and enhance user experience.

· Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use web analytics tools to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports to showcase campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

· Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools such as workflows to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement processes.

· Budget Management: Plan and allocate budgets effectively across different digital marketing channels to maximize ROI.

· Regions to manage: APAC, EMEA & LATAM

 

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or senior specialist role for enterprise marketing(B2B). Telecom related experience is a plus.

· Should be having a good knowledge of Hubspot, Marketo, Zapier, Segment io, Zoominfo, 6sense or similar ABM tools

· Digital Marketing Channels: Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant digital marketing channels.

· Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies. Should have a good knowledge of databox or any BI Tool

· Marketing Tools: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.

· Creative and Technical Skills: Understanding of graphic design, web development, and basic HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with design and development teams. Should have basic knowledge about ReactJS along with frontend and backend development.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling marketing content and interact with internal teams and external partners.

· Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to manage a team of digital marketing professionals effectively.

· Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

· Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
