Sales Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Chennai. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, training sales representatives, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analytical skills, team management, and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Experience in training sales representatives and conducting performance evaluations
• Proficient in the use of CRM tools and MS Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
