Job description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that solve users problems and make digital onboarding smoother
Scan competition and have a continuous look out for emerging market trends to identify opportunities and scope for improvement
Write and Device exhaustive Business Requirement Docs/ Product Requirement Docs for projects
Measure the efficacy of the projects taken live and maintain the existing product for continuous growth/optimization
Do UAT and prepare /aid team to create elaborate Test cases for comprehensive testing of project build received
Collaborate with business team and Contact center team to identify the issues they face in providing best experience to customers and in scaling the business numbers
Propose feasible solution for the high impact problems and then drive its execution
