Responsibilities: Join our dynamic team as a B2B Marketing Specialist! In this role, you will: The Content Marketing Specialist will help create, update and curate compelling and engaging content with an emphasis on Information Technology Solutions and Services. This role will support the curation and updating of our existing content, including (but not limited to) marketing collateral, presentations, website copy and other assets, and help us elevate future materials with strong messaging, impactful calls to action, and content written to challenge mental models. In addition, this professional will work with teams across our business enterprise to ensure that our written content and supporting materials are fully aligned with strategic messaging, goals and objectives in support of Charter Global’s continued growth.

Primary Duties: Craft engaging and informative content tailored for B2B audiences, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog entries, and infographics, that captivates and educates. Design and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies, utilizing a variety of platforms including product listings, catalogues, social media platforms, and industry events to drive campaign success. Engage in collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary teams, including those in product marketing, sales, and creative design, to ensure consistent messaging and the achievement of shared campaign goals. Partner with external marketing agencies to produce enthralling marketing materials for B2B channel partners and to create compelling collateral for various events. Create content, including writing, editing, publishing and processing for approvals. Perform research and internal and external interviews to gather information for content. Provide content and basic design for slide presentations for internal and external use. Publish content to the appropriate channels, including website, social media, blogs and email. Work with channel managers to document and report content performance data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline is required. 5+ years of content marketing and content creation experience required. Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or related field. Experience and knowledge with Information Technology Services and Solutions Industry is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as project management skills. Being a self-starter as well as thriving in a high-collaborative team environment. Team player with the ability to work with a remote and distributed team. Ability to work cooperatively and strategically in a team-oriented matrixed environment with the ability to influence and interact with all levels. Innovative thinker who is customer oriented and results driven. A background in the Information Technology services sector and a strong enthusiasm to learn. · Strong skills in Adobe Editor, Microsoft collaboration, Presentation and editing tools like PowerPoint, Excel. Familiarity with content management tracking and distribution systems and platforms.
