Job Description
Your role will be to leverage data and analytics to drive product enhancements, improvements and A/B experiments. You will work closely with product managers, development teams and analytics teams to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for optimizing digital products on both mobile apps and websites. Your expertise in understanding of user insights will be critical in shaping product strategies and delivering seamless user experience. Derive and setup Analytics product integration with other products to solve key business use-cases Work Description New Feature Release Tracking Implementation, enhancement, AB, Analysis and identification right KPIs and ability to convert those KPIs into events and variables which can easily be consumed by development teams Implement and maintain digital analytics tools to collect the clickstream data on Adobe, Mixpanel or any other clickstream tools and analysis on the same Collaborate with frontend web development team and product managers to ensure that the right tracking is in place and generate insightful reports and dashboards to present data driven insights Analyze and help improve the user interactions, behavior funnels and flows and other engagement metrics to identify the patterns and trends related to user behavior Plan, execute,monitor and measure the performance of product enhancement efforts and A/B experiments Light manipulation of JavaScript as needed to customize web analytic solutions Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practises in digital analytics and product management domains Support additional team members by mentoring and teaching What you need to succeed Proven expertise in digital analytics and clickstream tracking tools like Adobe Analytics/ Mixpanel/ Amplitude/ Google Analytics/ Firebase. Bachelor's degree in business analytics, product management, computer science or a related field Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experiment workflow Analytical mindset with ability to draw meaningful insights from complex data sets Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently or as a part of the team Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a plus Experience with SQL is a plusJob tags
