Job Title: AM/Manager HR

Grade Level : S3

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Ahmedabad

Division : Corporate

Reporting To : Head HR

Salary Band width : Max 5 to 7 lacs per annum.

MAINDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)Key functional areas are Payroll, Performance Appraisal, Training, and Development
2) Payroll Mgt Process and other related compliances.
3)Prepare inputs for monthly reporting, HR dashboard, various reviews, etc.
4) Legal and Statutory Compliance and contractor lesioning related HR.
5)Overall employee life cycle Process Handling.
6) Conduct Time to time Performance Appraisal process..
7)KRA Formulation and Assignment of KRA to each Job role.
8) Preparing various policies and procedures.
9)Expertise in MIS

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
• Basic Education of 10th Std from English Medium only (Must).
• Full Time / Part Time M.B.A. in HR .
• KRA,KPIS ,PMS & MIS.
• Strong Excel Skills.
• Male Candidates only.

Experience:
0-4 years previous aged upto 27 years with experience in a similar role/relevant industry from a Ceramic/Building material/Architect/ Interior/Manufacturing and staying in and around Ahmedabad

Skills:
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Smart, Presentable with Strong communication skills.
• V-lookup , H-lookup,Sumifs & Pivot Table.
• Well Organised and able to meet deadlines.
