Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in construction estimation.
• Proficient in estimating software and tools, such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct cost and risk analysis for projects in the construction industry.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and track project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Review and evaluate contractor bids for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during the estimation phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction estimation.
• Support the business development team in preparing technical bids and presentations.
• Maintain documentation and records related to cost estimates and project evaluations.
