Job description

Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Addressing and escalating customer complaints promptly.
Providing information about facilities, programs, and other services available at the establishment.
Reviewing arrival lists to ensure a warm welcome for guests.
Assisting special guests, including VIPs, and answering their inquiries.
Preparing welcome folders with relevant collateral (such as room service menus and area descriptions).
Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers.
Offering assistance with specific tasks (e.g., confirming travel arrangements, taking messages).
Recording information in the logbook on a daily basis.
Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Computer literacy.
A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
An outgoing personality.
