Role: German Support Engineer - Service Desk (German & English Support)

Location: Pune

Job Summary

Candidates with a minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience - Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent German (B1 & B2) (Mandatory with High Proficiency) and English-speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts

Years of experience needed:-

2-4 Years of Experience with Fluent German Speaking

Technical Skills/Non-Technical Skill:

. Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint

. Active listening and probing skills

. Effective business communication skills

. Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles

. Receptive for feedback and willing to learn

. Positive attitude and team player

. Any graduate
