Job description
Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
· Full-Stack Development: Hands-on development using PHP Laravel for the back-end and React for the front-end.
· Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified timeline.
· Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
· Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
· Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
· Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 5-6 years of experience in PHP Laravel Full-Stack development.
· Proven experience as a Team Lead with 1-2 years of leadership experience.
· Strong proficiency in Laravel for back-end development and React for front-end development.
· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Skills Required:
· HTML, CSS
· JavaScript fundamentals and ES6+
· MySQL, SQL
· Project Management Framework Skills (Agile and Waterfall)
· Cloud Computing Skills (AWS & Microsoft Azure)
· Grasp of MVC and OOP
· Knowledge of Version Control (Git and Github)
· Knowledge of API development like REST and SOAP
· Node and npm
· Redux
· Debugging and performance optimization
· Knowledge in Jenkins and Jira tools
