Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer at AgNext in Mohali district. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for daily HR tasks, such as managing HR Operations (From Pre-Onboarding Stage to Exit Formalities), Employee Engagement, Employee Voice, Employee Surveys, HRIS, HR Dashboard and other human resources initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources Operations
• Ability to work on HRIS software like Keka
• Ability to conduct Induction & Onboarding exercise
• Ability to conduct Employee Exit
• Knowledge in managing HR Policies
• Ability to handle employee relations and performance management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
