Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and drive business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
- Content Creation:
- Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
- Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Audience Engagement:
- Foster and grow an active and engaged community across social media channels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to achieve marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually cohesive and on-brand content.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Community Building:
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand's reach.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand's values.
- Social Listening:
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Utilize insights to adapt strategies and respond to market changes.
- Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement a crisis communication plan for potential social media issues.
- Respond promptly and effectively to mitigate reputational risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
