Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Amritsar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer base by building a strong rapport with customers and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales meetings, and closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the jewelry industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of jewelry design and gemology is a plus
